2008 Parking fees Grove car park pay and display 60p for 1hour and £2 over 1 hour Quickwell Hill and Merrivale pay and display are 60p for 2 hours, £3 all day from 1 April - 30 September applying between 9am to 5pm. Whitesands attended car park is £2.70 per car, (£1.50 for registered disabled). Whitesands is a pay car park between 1st March and 31st October each year, a season ticket costing £37.
